Aging : During 18 months, the wine can develop beautiful fruity aromas. No filtration is done until the bottling.
Blending: 100% blauer zweigelt.
Tasting : Dark red cherry and amarelle cherry nose with some blueberry notes. Fresh plum on the palate, with some hints of tobacco and dried fruit nuances. Lots of fine-grained tannins, long and persistent finish.
