AOC : Saint-Chinian.

Soil : The best plots of Syrah are on clay-limestone soil and the Grenache plots on schistous soil.

Maturing : 60% of the Syrah is matured for 12 months in half muid, the Grenache and the rest of the Syrah are matured in tanks.

Blend : Syrah 80% - Grenache 20%.

Tasting : Beautiful deep blackcurrant color, with a nice depth. Nose: expressive with a dominant toasted and black fruit notes. Palate: structured and round in the attack, with a very nice fruit, a long finish on grilled notes.

Pairings : roasted kidneys, beef filet, game.
