AOC : IGP Pays d'Oc.

Soil : Clay and limestone.

Maturing : Maturing on lees for 3 months, then clarification and quick bottling.

Blending : 100% viognier.

Tasting : Visual examination : bright, very pale yellow color with green reflections. Nose : aromatic, expressive, fruity (peach), floral (lilac). Palate: an explosion in the mouth (almonds, honey, peach, fresh summer fruits).

Pairings : aperitif, roasted asparagus, scallops.
