Aging : 12 months in oak barrels.

Blend : 100% Carignan.

Tasting : With its intense and deep red color, the Carignan reveals aromas of black fruits, blackberries and cherries with subtle taste notes. Its palate is complex and structured, it reveals rustic tannins tamed by the old barrels which improve their evolution. Poor and shallow soils, combined with high temperatures and hydraulic stress, bring high concentration and rich natural acidity typical of granitic quartz soils and significant temperature ranges.
