AOC : Mâcon-Villages.

Soil : Calcareous soil.

Ageing : In stainless steel vats.

Blend : 100% Chardonnay.

Tasting : This pleasant white Burgundy presents a nice nose of ripe fruits and a well structured mouth, a little bit honeyed but with a good freshness still raising the structure.

Pairings : Aperitif, shellfish and shrimps, cold fish, fish soup, bouillabaisse, fried or grilled fish, fish in sauce, cold meats, cold dishes.
