Presentation : Still red wine elaborated by Guy and Mathieu BOUTIERE. Family property for 4 generations.

AOC : Gigondas.

Soil : Limestone marl and red clay alternating with gravel on the Gigondas plateau (14 ha). Marl and limestone rock, rich in pyrite fossils (gravel and pebbles), covered with scree on the slopes at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail (3 ha).

Blend : 75 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah, 5 % Mourvèdre.

Tasting : Dark and deep ruby color. The nose is intense, with spicy notes, as well as notes of undergrowth. The mouth is round and silky with melted tannins. Nice length and harmony.
