Presentation : Still red wine from Spain.
DOC : DO Ribera del Duero.
Aging : Aged in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels for six months. Later it will be bottled and rested for two more months before being marketed.
Blend : 100% tempranillo.
Tasting : Aged in new French and American oak barrels for six months to develop a variety of red fruit, currant and licorice aromas combined with rich, flavorful woody flavors. A spicy wine with a sweet sparkle that makes it extremely appealing.
Recommended for tasting with semi-soft cheeses, rice preparations with meat or cold meats.
