AOC : Cava.
Aging : Aged in bottle on yeast during the second fermentation : between 9 and 12 months.
Blend : Macabeo (50%), Xarello (30%) Parellada (20%).
Tasting : Pale color with a fine persistent foam. The nose: opens with aromas reminiscent of contact with yeast, then evolves into a fruity background reminiscent of the grape varieties used. The mouth is pleasant with a slight sweet note. It is a harmonious, refreshing, elegant, seductive wine with character.
Cava is perfect as an aperitif. It also accompanies various dishes, including fish, seafood, light meats, pasta, paella, etc.
