Presentation : Still red wine made in Grignan (in the Drôme), +/- 70 km north of Avignon.

AOC : Côtes-du-Rhône.

Soil : Clay and limestone.

Maturing : Steel vats.

Blend : 70% grenache, 30% syrah.

Tasting : Dark and brilliant red color with purple reflections. Aromatic nose, rich and complex with beautiful nuances of spices, red and black fruits (blackberries). In the mouth it is a well rounded wine with frank tannins and a pleasant finish.

Pairings : pâtés and terrines, cold cuts, cold dishes, poultry, rabbit, white meat, red meat, grilled meat, barbecue.
