Soil : sandy-clay gravelly
Ageing : In barrels with regular stirring of the lees to develop the structure and aromas.
Blend : 65% Semillon 35% Sauvignon
Tasting : This wine has a golden yellow color and a bouquet with honeyed notes, candied fruits, wax and apricot; it is fat, powerful and very harmonious on the palate.
Ideal with shellfish (lobster, crayfish), cold fish, fried or grilled fish, fish in sauce, pâtés and terrines, cold dishes, creamy starters, soft cheeses.
