Presentation : Champagne made in the Marne Valley.
AOC : Champagne.
Ageing : Slowly foaming in cellars at constant temperature. Aging on lees from 24 to 36 months. Mechanical or manual stirring.
Blend : 48% Chardonnay, 47% Pinot Meunier, 5% Pinot Noir.
Tasting : The aromas are quite ripe. Scents of cookies, notes of candied fruits and shortbread. A touch of honey and hazelnut which will increase with time. The finish is quite sweet on a note of milk caramel.
