Presentation : Champagne made in the Côtes d'Epernay in Côte des Blancs.
AOC : Champagne.
Ageing : Blending of the harvest : 60% of the year of harvest and 40% of reserve wine. Slow foaming in cellars at constant temperature. Aging on lees from 24 to 36 months. Mechanical or manual stirring.
Blend : 100% Chardonnay.
Tasting : A light yellow color with pearly green reflections opens after the fall of the foam. The effervescence is regular, lively and fine. The nose is marked by freshness. Aromas of acidulous fruits are clearly perceptible - green apple, fresh citrus fruits, grapefruit - some floral notes of jasmine and linden. The mouth is lively and fresh. The floral scents dominate and a tiny note of lemon finishes the tasting. A champagne full of freshness and subtlety, a must for Chardonnay lovers.
