Presentation : Still red wine made in Nuits-Saint-Georges, 16 km south of Dijon.
AOC : Burgundy.
Soil : Grey and clear silts with sometimes clayey textures in the North and red silts.
Red soils more or less clayey associated with limes or covered with silt in the South.
Ageing : Aged in barrels for 12 months.
Blend : Pinot Noir.
Tasting : Fruity (cherry) on the nose, melted mouth on silky tannins.
To be enjoyed with roasted meats, poultry.
