A pure and deep nose, from the start it offers us notes of aging, we start with aromas of roasting, notes of cocoa, delicately roasted coffee, dark chocolate. Its attack is full on the palate, nice balance with supple and velvety tannins. We find the minerality of northerners, typical of granite soils, which contributes to this lovely freshness. With a strong character, it reveals present and fairly rounded tannins.
